Joining the early-access list expresses interest in HiveMind. It does not create any obligation on our part to provide the software, a particular feature, a price, or a timeline, all of which may change. We may contact you about HiveMind as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The HiveMind name, logo, website content, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without permission, except as needed to reference the product fairly.

The software

HiveMind software, when made available, may be governed by its own separate license. Nothing on this website grants you a license to the software. Where the project's source is published, that repository's license controls your use of the code.

No warranty

This website and any preview information are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any described feature will ship as described.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the early-access program.
